Therapy Session

I work one-on-one, in person, and online. I usually work open-ended but can also define a number of sessions.

Psychotherapy Mentorship Session

I work with psychology, counselling, and psychotherapy students to help them understand concepts and ground their knowledge in their experiences.

• Price: £55 per session.

Workshop session

I offer workshops for small groups of 5 to explore topics such as mindfulness, perspectives in psychotherapy, and finding your therapeutic style.

• One and a half hours for £150
